By engaging Altikva SARL for consulting or technology services, you agree to these terms of service.

Altikva provides cloud, data, AI/ML, software engineering, and consulting services. Each engagement is governed by a statement of work or proposal.

• Deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in writing.
• Change requests require mutual agreement before implementation.
• Clients designate a primary point of contact for decisions.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients own the deliverables produced during the engagement upon full payment.

• Altikva retains the right to reusable accelerators and know-how.
• Pre-existing materials remain the property of the original owner.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.

Altikva’s liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Nanterre, France.
